All orders will be sent through Australia Post.
At the completion of your order you will be able to select the postage option you require - Normal Post - Registered Post - Express Post - Extra Insurance ( for orders over $100.00 ) optional The Bead Studio will not be held responsible for any problems arising with Australia Posts delivery service.
Returns will only be accepted for defective products – not for change or mind or unsuitability.
Contact must be made with The Bead Studio by email within 7 days of receiving your order before any exchange or credit will be given.
Any products you return for credit or exchange will need to be packaged securely and return postage will be at your expense.

Local orders may be picked up postage free from The Bead Studio Suite 5/94 High Street, Berwick Monday to Wednesday – 9.00 am to 3.00 pm Thursday and Friday – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday – 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared funds.

Running an Internet site and Retail shop makes it difficult to determine exact stock availability at the time of your order. If an item that you have ordered and paid for is out of stock you will be notified and can either - Choose an alternative product at the same price. - Receive a credit for your next order. - Receive a refund. - Backorder.
If there is something you need but can’t find, please let us know and will endeavour to source it for you. Cost and time frame will be advised prior to placement of order. A 50% deposit will be required upon placement of order.
